(BEECH GROVE) - A man was arrested after police say he exposed himself to a woman in a Beech Grove Lowe’s parking lot.
Witnesses told police Johnny Ray White was being very loud and got into an altercation with two other men in the parking lot. A woman told White to be quiet and leave.
According to a police report, White took off his pants and pushed himself against the woman. He then turned around and showed the woman his buttocks.
When police asked White about the incident he said, that "it was not his fault that his pants fell down."
White was arrested for public intoxication, battery and public nudity. Police also found that White had an open warrant for theft at the time of the arrest.
