(HENDRICKS COUNTY) - A Marion County sheriff’s deputy was arrested overnight in Hendricks County on suspicion of driving drunk.
Matthew Milharcic, 58, of Avon, was driving an unmarked Marion County Sheriff's Department vehicle on County Road 100 North in Hendricks County when he was pulled over.
Milharcic blood-alcohol content tested at 0.21 percent, nearly three times the legal limit to drive in Indiana.
Milharcic was preliminarily charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
