(INDIANAPOLIS) - A jailer has been fired by Marion County Sheriff John Layton.
The sheriff says Warren Hoosier, a 13 year veteran of the department, has admitted that he inappropriately touched a female prisoner who complained to a Jail Division Captain.
Just last week, the Department of Justice published a report finding sexual misconduct by the staff at the jail's "Intake Facility" in 2011.
