(UNDATED) - Hoosiers who bought E-books published by Penguin Group will receive 1.15 million dollars in refunds as part of a multi- state investigation into price-fixing and collusion.
The agreement must still be approved by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Indiana has previously settled with four other publishers.
