(TAYLORSVILLE) - Two brothers were arrested earlier this week for allegedly torturing an 18-year-old Columbus man.

The brothers were arrested on battery resulting in serious bodily injury while armed with a deadly weapon, a Class C felony. Ryan has also been charged with attempted robbery, a Class B felony, and intimidation with a deadly weapon, a Class C felony.

The incident occurred on Tuesday evening. Officers responded to the Heritage Mobile Home Park for a battery call. Police say four men were in a fight over stolen cash.
