Mother Vows To Pursue State House Bill

Last updated on Saturday, April 6, 2013

(LAFAYETTE) - A West Lafayette mother says she will continue to push for passage of a state house bill that would hold schools responsible for bullying, even though an investigation found that the Tippecanoe School corporation was not at fault in her daughters suicide.

The Journal & Courier reports that officials finished their internal review this week over the March suicide of eighth grader Angel Green.

Green's mother, Danielle, says he daughter was bullied, and school officials did nothing to stop it.
