(FOUNTAIN COUNTY) - WLFI reports, a Fountain County man was found floating face down in a creek just south of Veedersburg Wednesday.
According to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, 59 year old Keith Summers of Covington had left to go fishing at Coal Creek sometime Wednesday afternoon.
His brother Joe Summers became worried when Keith had not returned for several hours because of the heavy rains that day.
Upon looking for his brother, Joe found Keith's car at the Coal Creek covered bridge in southwestern Fountain County. His body was found floating 100 yards downstream of the bridge.
An autopsy is scheduled for five o'clock Thursday afternoon in Lafayette.
At this time, the cause of death is still under investigation.
