(JEFFERSONVILLE) - A Jeffersonville man faces drunk driving charges after his friend was killed when he was ejected from a golf cart.
The "Louisville Courier Journal" reports Matthew Myers is being held in the Clark County jail on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated causing serious bodily injury of death.
Police believe 32-year-old Chad Anderson struck his head on a building after Myers took a hard turn in the golf cart, throwing Anderson from the cart.
