Indianapolis Seeks Public Input On City's Future

Last updated on Wednesday, April 24, 2013

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis Downtown Inc. wants city residents to help the organization plot the city’s future.

IDI has launched what it's calling, "Velocity." It's a five-year strategic action plan for downtown.

Vice President Bob Schultz says upon completion of public input, it'll be enacted by the organization and its civic partners.

Schultz says the plan includes a public survey that seeks response in six areas: transportation, neighborhoods, arts & culture, livability, public spaces and economic development.
