(GREENWOOD) - A Greenwood man has been charged with child molesting and a woman has been charged with neglect after she failed to report the incident to police.
Richard Quintus Wagner and Michele Lee Wagner were arrested after he inappropriately touched an 8-year-old girl four different times. The child told Michele Wagner, but she did not call police, The Daily Journal reports.
Police learned of the incidents by a local elementary school counselor who was told by the child that a man touched her inappropriately.
Both Michele and Richard Wagner were taken to the Johnson County Jail.
