(INDIANAPOLIS) - IMPD Detectives have arrested a 24-year-old man and his 19-year-old girlfriend on preliminary charges of murder.
Police believe Dorvae Barnett fatally shot James Chatman III on Saturday in the 7200 block of Woodland Drive. Officers say Barnett's girlfriend, Airrayanna Byrd, drove the getaway vehicle.
Both suspects were arrested Monday. They are currently being held in the Marion County Jail.
