Valorie Smith, 38, was charged with manufacturing meth, possession of meth and maintaining a common nuisance. Police said she was driving the vehicle.

The passengers--35-year-old Casey Lee and 33-year-old Heather Wales--were charged with manufacturing meth and possession of meth. Wales faces an additional charge of maintaining a common nuisance.
