(DALEVILLE) - Dispatchers in Delaware County say that three people were killed in an accident near Muncie Sunday afternoon.
Police say a single-car accident happened on State Road 67 and County Road 600 West shortly after 4 p.m. This is just south of Muncie and three miles east of Daleville.
There were six people in the car - two adults and four juveniles.
The Herald Bulletin says the driver, Lisa H. Case, 46, Kent Kalley, 46, and Andrew Lackey, 12, were killed in the crash.
Three others, all 13 years old, were injured and transported to three different hospitals.
The accident is currently under investigation but preliminary investigation suggests the SUV was moving in speeds of more than 70 mph.
