Muncie Woman Accused Of Having Sex With Minor

(MUNCIE) - A Muncie woman is accused of having sex with a boy 29 years her junior.

Brenda Phillips, 44, faces a preliminary charge of sexual misconduct with a minor.

Investigators said she had sex with the 15-year-old in her car last Summer.

When first asked about the relationship, Phillips denied the allegations, referring to the boy as quote, "a sexual predator."

Phillips has been released on $25,000 bond.
