(LAFAYETTE) - A Lafayette man faces six felony charges and is accused of molesting a toddler.
WLFI reports that 23-year-old Adam Joseph Jenkins is accused of repeatedly sexually abusing a 20-month-old girl left in his care.
Jenkins was arrested after he and the baby's mother took the girl to the emergency room with bleeding, bruising, swelling, scratches and burn marks.
He faces four felony counts of child molesting.
Other charges include neglect of a dependent and battery.
