(INDIANAPOLIS) - IMPD were called to the scene of a man robbed and beaten on the city’s north west side Tuesday morning.
Shortly before 5 am police were sent to 4474 Rosewood Commons Court on the report of a robbery of a person.
The scene is near West 56th Street and North Georgetown Road.
According to witnesses, the man suffered a serious head injury and was unconscious.
The man was reportedly robbed and assaulted outside the apartment building at that location.
Police say 3 to 4 black males are being sought in connection with the assault.
Its unknown if any weapons were involved.
