(GREENWOOD) - Greenwood Police are on the scene of a robbery at the Denny’s Restaurant at South Park near I-65.
Police received a 911 call from employees of the restaurant around 4:30 this morning.
Employees described the suspect as a white male, 5 foot 6 inches tall, thin build and wearing a stocking cap.
The man was armed with a gun, demanded cash and then fled the area on foot.
No shots were fired and no one was injured.
