(UNDATED) - The number of fungal meningitis cases has increased in Indiana.
The Centers For Disease Control and Prevention reports two more cases have been reported in Indiana.
That brings the state's total to 40 and statewide, there have been two deaths from the infection.
Union Hospital officials tell us they have not seen any locals cases.
The fungal meningitis outbreak is linked to a tainted steroid from the New England Compounding Center in Massachusetts.
Nationwide, there have been 285 cases and 23 deaths.
