Front Will Bring Colder Temperatures And Rain

(UNDATED) - Central Indiana enjoined warmer temperatures and plenty of sunshine Thursday but a big drop is predicted through the overnight hours.

A front will pass through Indianapolis around 2 a.m., bringing a sharp drop in temperatures. Showers are also expected to develop from 2-4 a.m.

Thursday's high hovered around 80 degrees around Central Indiana. Indianapolis' high was 76 degrees, making it the warmest day since Sept. 16.

Friday's high temperature is expected to be around 59 degrees. Temperatures will continue to fall Friday afternoon into Friday evening and showers are likely.
