Ex-Youth Minister Pleads Guilty In Molesting Case

Last updated on Friday, October 26, 2012

(CRAWFORDSVILLE) - A former youth ministry volunteer pleaded guilty on Thursday after being arrested on multiple child molesting charges.

WISH TV8 reported, Jordan Roseboom pleaded guilty as part of a plea agreement, but court officials said the details of the agreement wouldn't be released until Roseboom's sentencing. He's scheduled to appear in court for sentencing on Nov. 29.

Roseboom was arrested in February on accusations of molesting boys younger than 14. The crimes weren't thought to have happened where he volunteered, Rock Point Baptist Church in Crawfordsville.

He was charged with 10 counts of child molesting, and court documents revealed a mother's complaint about her son being molested initiated the investigation.
