Police: Man Had Sex With Unconscious Girl

Last updated on Wednesday, September 12, 2012

(GREENWOOD) - Police have arrested a man they said had sex with an unconscious 16-year-old.

RTV6 reports, Alan "Miles" Fork, 42, of Greenwood, was arrested Tuesday and is facing charges of child exploitation, voyeurism and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Police said the investigation began in June, when the 16-year-old's mother contacted police.

The woman told police that her daughter was modeling for Fork, a photographer who runs a company out of his Greenwood apartment called Indy Premier Models.

Police said Fork contacted the 16-year-old about doing a lingerie and swimwear photo shoot for an agency in Chicago.

The victim told police that she was nervous about the photo shoot so Fork gave her vodka and Adderall to calm her nerves.

Police said the girl became dizzy then blacked out after ingesting the alcohol and drugs.

The girl told police that when she woke up, Fork was on top of her having sexual intercourse with her. Afterward, Fork let her dress and drove her home, police said.

The girl told her mother about the alleged incident the next day, after she was taken to the hospital because she became ill and collapsed at home.

Police seized electronic media and computer hard drives from Fork's apartment during their investigation. Detectives found digital video that showed Fork engaged in intercourse with the 16-year-old girl on two separate occasions.

Police also recovered two digital images that showed the girl posing in lingerie that exposed her genitals.

Fork is being held in the Johnson County Jail on $100,000 bond.
