(INDIANAPOLIS) - A man who won a $9.5 million Hoosier Lottery jackpot has been arrested.

52-year-old Robert Simmons was charged with two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, two counts of child solicitation and a misdemeanor count of battery.

Simmons' bond was reduced Friday from $80,000 to $30,000. His attorney says he will post bond. Simmons must surrender his passport and will be placed on GPS monitoring.

Simmons refused to comment on the charges as he was led back to his cell.

Simmons bought the ticket January 2011 at an Indianapolis Kroger store. He chose the $3.6 million lump sum.
