The girls eventually told a teacher about the incident after she returned to class.

According to relatives the girl heard noises went to investigate and that is when she was pushed back into a stall and some of her clothes were removed.

Some parents who came to the school Thursday afternoon said they were told their sons were involved in the incident and that they could be arrested.

"(I was told) just that he was involved in an incident with a little girl, so I've come to find out what happened," Carla Johnson said.

Another mother said she was upset at the way the incident was handled.

"They're telling us all three of these boys are going to jail. They don't have no cameras, they don't have no video, nothing," she said. "Our sons are just supposed to go home and wait for them to come and arrest them when these sons of (expletive) don't have staff in here for these kids, they ain't got (expletive)."

IPS officials are aware of the incident and both them and school officials are investigating.
