(KOKOMO) — A Kokomo man and woman have been arrested on charges they molested a 6-year-old.
Kokomo police and officials with the Howard County Child Protection Services began investigating last week after the child recounted an incident at a northeast side home in July.
Troy Kavis, 39, was arrested Friday and Teresa Smith, 53, was arrested Tuesday, both on a charge of child molestation.
