Two Arrested For Drugs In House With Children

(KOKOMO) - Just before noon on Friday, the Kokomo Police Department Drug Task Force assisted Howard County on a probation check.

Just before noon on Friday, the Kokomo Police Department Drug Task Force assisted Howard County on a probation check.

During the probation check, Howard County Probation requested a search warrant for the home and Child Protection was contacted to assist with two children who were located in the home.

The Drug Task Force subsequently seized a bullet proof vest, a firearm, about $800 in money, about a pound and a half of marijuana and some controlled substances.

As a result of the seizure, Timothy Sallee, a 25 year-old man and Savana Seiherty, a 26 year-old female who were in the residence was arrested for possession of marijuana, dealing marijuana and possession of a controlled substance and child neglect.
The suspects were arrested and taken to the Howard County jail. The children were unharmed and were placed with familly members.
