Dishroon told officers that the leak, "wasn't supposed to be that bad," but said that he wanted to, "blow this place up," police said.

Firefighters had been called to the home a few hours earlier on a report of a burning mattress in the back yard. One of the other men living in the home said Dishroon admitting to setting the blaze.

Dishroon told police he had consumed at least 18 beers over the course of the evening.
