(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indy Hoosiers felt the brunt of Hurricane Isaac Wednesday at the gas pump.

On Indianapolis' south side, prices jumped to $4.05 a gallon for regular unleaded, a 20 cent increase in less than 24 hours.

Gas prices in Lawrence County were at $3.99.

Economists said more than 90 percent of oil refineries along the gulf coast have been shut down in Isaac's wake.
