(DELAWARE COUNTY)- Police seized an estimated $40,000 worth of marijuana at an indoor growing operation in Delaware County Tuesday.
After a two-month investigation, troopers served a search warrant at 10301 E. County Road 1300 North, where they found an indoor growing operation and 57 marijuana plants in various stages of growth.
Police arrested Randy D. Winters, 49, at the residence on preliminary charges of cultivating marijuana over 30 grams and maintaining a common nuisance.
Winters is being held at the Delaware County Jail.
