4-Year-Old Drowns In Dubois County

(ST. ANTHONY) - Indiana State Police are investigating the drowning of a 4-year-old boy.

The incident happened in a lake in St. Anthony, Indiana. That is in rural Dubois County.

Calls came in to the Dubois County Communications Center just after 6 p.m. that four year old Kai Neukem was missing.

Indiana State Police, Indiana DNR, and the Dubois County Sheriff's office all responded to look for the boy.

Officers started searching the area and Neukem was found.

He was transported to Jasper Memorial Hospital and then flown to St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville.
