(LAWRENCE) - Lawrence police are searching for a woman believed to have been involved in a shooting at the Walmart on Pendleton Pike.

Police said two men were shot while sitting in a car in the parking lot of the northeast side store on May 6.

They managed to drive about 2 miles, to the 9900 block of Ellis Drive, where a relative of one of the men called 911.

The men were taken to area hospitals in serious condition.

According to store surveillance video, an older model, gold Honda sedan with Indiana "In God We Trust" partial license plate No. 3585, was seen in the parking lot, detectives said.

Police said they're looking for a white woman about 20 years old, who was last seen in the vehicle.

Anyone with information about the shooting was asked to contact the Lawrence Police Department at 317-549-6414.
