(FORT WAYNE) - Fort Wayne police are investigating a battery that’s left one man in critical condition.
It happened just after 12:30 a.m. this morning at the Stein Tavern at 3418 Wayne Trace.
Police say it started with an argument inside the bar between several people. They eventually moved outside, where things got physical and a man either fell or was knocked to the ground and became unresponsive.
Medics took the victim to a hospital in serious condition, but he was later downgraded to critical. The names of those involved have not been released.
