The American Red Cross is still assessing how it can best help those affected by Friday’s tornadoes, but says you can help the victims now by making a cash donation.
Ann Gregson with the Red Cross of Greater Indianapolis says you can donate by calling toll-free 1-800-RED-CROSS, and a relatively new way of making a donation is via text on your cell phone. You can make a $10 donation automatically by texting REDCROSS to the number 90999.
