(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis man who won $1 million from a Hoosier Lottery scratch-off ticket said he plans to use his winnings to attend college.

Nicholas Dipatrizio, 20, is a Florida native and currently works in Indianapolis as a construction worker.
"It's a feeling you can't describe," said Dipatrizio to Hoosier Lottery officials. "A lot of financial stress is gone."
The Hoosier Lottery said Dipatrizio won after purchasing a "Lucky Millionaire" scratch-off at a south side Speedway.
Dipatrizio said he plans to do three things with his winnings: buy a dependable car, give his mother $100,000 and pursue a degree in business at Seminole State College of Florida.
The "Lucky Millionaire" scratch-off offers 15 $1 million prizes. Dipatrizio was the first player to claim a prize. Hoosier Lottery officials said 11 instant $1 million prizes remain unclaimed at this time.
