Prosecutor Wants Piggy Bank As Evidence

(MARTINSVILLE) - Morgan County Prosecutor Steve Sonnega has filed a motion asking a Superior Court Judge to reverse his order to give the piggy bank back to the 10-year-old daughter of Russell Hill.

On Jan. 18th members of the Indiana State Police and Indiana Gaming Commission raided Hill's Martinsville home. Russell is charged with professional gambling and promoting gambling both felony charges.

Sonnega says the bank is a large water bottle that contains money and might contain evidence and should not be returned.
