(PRINCETON)(AP) - The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission has suspended the law license of a southwestern Indiana attorney who pleaded guilty last year to possessing child pornography and obstructing justice.
The Indiana Court of Appeals ruled on Tuesday upheld a Gibson County judge's ruling involving a voyeurism charge filed against William R. Wallace III of Princeton.
Wallace agreed in his October plea deal to plead guilty to the voyeurism charge if the appeals court upheld the local judge's ruling.
His plea agreement calls for Wallace's sentence on the voyeurism charge to run concurrently with Wallace's child porn possession and obstruction of justice convictions that netted him a 90-day home detention sentence and 458 days of probation.
