(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis dentist is accused of pulling teeth illegally.
Prosecutors have charged Arnel Gallanosa with several counts of Medicaid fraud, theft, and conspiracy to commit Medicaid fraud.
According to court records, he would offer patients money for unnecessary dental work and then bill Medicaid. In one case, he pulled 33 teeth for three patients at a mental health facility.
