(BORDEN) - Indiana State Police arrested Darrell L. Stiller, 47, from Vine Court in Borden after neighbors complained.
He was arrested and charged with vicarious sexual gratification, disseminating material harmful to a minor, public indecency, obscene performance and public nudity.
The arrest came after neighbors complained to the Indiana State Police Sunday that Stiller would allegedly stand in front of, or sit on a bed near an uncovered ground level window in plain view, fondling and sexually stimulating himself.
Stiller was allegedly doing this on a regular basis in front of adults and children.
Monday morning, a trooper positioned himself in a location where he could see Stiller in the act. At approximately 8:20 AM, Stiller did exactly as neighbors had described.
This time the trooper also saw him. When the trooper approached the home, Stiller refused to answer the door. Surveillance was kept on the home while an arrest warrant was being sought and Stiller exited his home a short time later and was taken into custody.
Stiller was incarcerated in the Clark County Jail awaiting his first court appearance.
