(INDIANAPOLIS) - Lt. Gov. Becky Skillman will hand over more than 27,000 Christmas Cards today at 2 p.m.
She will be joined by military personnel and sponsors of her Hoosier Cheer for our Heroes holiday card campaign. Cards will be delivered to troops this holiday season.
