(INDIANAPOLIS)(WISH) - The U-S Postal Service is expected to propose changes to its first-class mail delivery.

Right now, the agency says most customers get first class letters one-to-three days after they're mailed.

They'll propose changing that to two-to-five days after they're mailed.

The proposed rules are not a surprise.

The postal service asked for public comment back in September on "eliminating the expectation of overnight service" for first class mail.

They'll make the proposal on today.
