(MORGAN) (WISH) - One person has died from injuries in a crash Monday morning in Morgan County.
The accident happened after 9 am Monday on State Road 144 on the White River Bridge west of State Road 37.
Authorities say it appears the driver of a Grand Am lost control on the icy road and drove head on into another driver who was driving a Toyota Rav 4.
The driver, a 19 year old female who was in the Grand Am died at the scene.
The driver of the Toyota was taken to Wishard Hospital and is listed in serious but stable condition.
No names are being released at this time.
