(JASPER) - A Jasper man was arrested early Thursday morning and charged with possession of a destructive device.
According to the Jasper Police Department, officers were called to the 15-hundred block of Mushroom Lane just after midnight Thursday, following a report of possible drug activity.
During their investigation, police say they found a plastic water bottle containing black powder and a fuse.
18-year-old Larry Dillon Jr. is charged with possession of a destructive device. He is being held in the Dubois County Security Center.
