(SOUTH BEND)(AP) - A South Bend prosecutors has charged 53-year-old Robert Troup, a high school custodian, with felony voyeurism.

He entered a plea of not guilty Monday. The custodian is accused of planting a camera in a boys swim locker room. He is free after posting a $10,000 bond.

A probable cause affidavit filed in St. Joseph County court alleged Troup planted a video camera in a locker in the boy's swimming locker room at Penn High School about a year ago.

Students allegedly found the camera and removed a data card but didn't turn it over to school officials until Dec. 1. The card contained images of boys showering.

Troup told police he had nothing to do with the camera. School district spokeswoman Teresa Carroll says Troup was fired by the district on Monday.
