(VIGO COUNTY)(WTHI) - The woman accused of trying to kill a Vigo County mother and steal her baby will go to trial soon.
A court hearing was held Monday in Vigo County for Stephanie Foster.
Foster is accused of stabbing a couple while trying to take their baby. It happened in June of 2010 in southern Vigo County.
Officials said Foster faked a pregnancy. They believe as her due date approached she went to the home of a couple to steal their baby and pass it off as her own.
Foster's expected to go to trial December 5th.
