(INDIANAPOLIS) - We're just 97 days until Super Bowl 46. Guests will start arriving even sooner, but finding a hotel room near downtown will be impossible.

The good news is, rooms are still available, but anyone who hasn't booked yet is going to have a pretty serious commute. And of course, in most cases it will cost 3 to 4, and in some cases even 20 times the normal rate.

Indianapolis' premier downtown hotels are not available. The Conrad, the recently opened J.W. Marriott and Westin all are fully booked for Super Bowl weekend.

You have to look a bit, but bed and breakfasts near downtown still have rooms available, again at a premium. The Looking Glass Inn has rooms starting at $405 a night and Stone Soup Inn $385 a night, both with a 5 night minimum. We did some checking and there are plenty of rooms available, but they are as far away as Terre Haute and even Dayton.

Prices in Indianapolis include the Super 8 on 82nd Street: $115 a night Super Bowl weekend. The weekend before it's $55 a night.

The Red Roof Inn in Greenwood is charging $494 a night for Super Bowl weekend. The weekend before you can find a room there for $44.

Now get those credit cards out, America's Best Value Inn at East 21st Street, is $950 a night February 3-6th. The weekend before rooms there can be had for $39.99.

Hotels will be packed, restaurants and attractions packed, it's big business but it's also an opportunity to have Indianapolis in the International spotlight with more than 5,000 journalists from around the world coming to cover the Super Bowl.

All of this factors in to the $150 million impact the game has on the city and state.
