(TERRE HAUTE) - One woman is not only behind bars, but she now faces formal charges in connection to a Valley shooting incident.

Terre Haute Police arrested 31-year-old Wendy Nicoson on obstruction of justice charges.
Police say she lied to them when she was questioned about the October 24th shooting at the Royal Inn.

She'll stand trial April 19th. Bond remains at $25,000.

Meanwhile, the alleged shooter, Joseph Sims, appeared in Monroe County Court today following his arrest by Elletsville Police.

He will appear in Vigo County Court later this week, possibly today.
