(UNDATED) - Along with the ISTEP, Indiana high school students will soon be tested on their college and career readiness.
Indiana Education Roundtable Executive Director Dan Clark says there's a disconnect between high school and college that handicaps both students who aren't ready for college, and those who are.
The roundtable will decide later what the readiness test should look like, but Clark says the goal should be true dual-credit courses, and better-targeted remedial work for students who still need it.
