(GOSHEN) - A police pursuit ended in a fatal shooting in Goshen Sunday night. Authorities say a sheriff’s deputy attempted to make a traffic stop, when the pickup truck fled the scene.
The driver of the truck crashed into a business. In a news release, state police say "in the events that followed after the crash, the suspect was fatally shot by an officer." The incident remains under investigation.
