(MONROVIA) - A Monrovia high school teacher is under investigation after a 16-year-old female student told police he raped her inside his Franklin Township home.
The girl claims the male teacher and track coach had sent her sexual text messages and pictures beginning in January. The male teacher is on paid administrative leave.
