(ANDERSON) - An Indiana realtor is selling three buildings in Anderson on eBay.
Jeanne Clarkson says the First Merchants Bank tower building, the Union Building and another at 11th and Jackson streets in Anderson are up for sale on the popular website.
She says some California investors bought the buildings from her eBay ad in 2006, but with the property tax change they want to sell them.
She says most inquiries she gets are serious bidders, but she does get some that don't have the background or finances to be able to purchase the buildings.
