(VALPARAISO) - An attorney suing on behalf of state fair victims plans to file yet another suit in Marion Superior Court today.
Kenneth J. Allen says it marks the third suit he's filing for victims who died in the stage collapse.
Allen isn't naming the victim, but says the suit will be filed. He also says he's representing surviving victims and expects to file more suits.
This comes as the Indiana State Fair Commission posted its emergency preparedness plan and other documents on its website Wednesday.
A Indiana state fair commission spokesperson says the posting is part of the commission's effort to be transparent.
She says the commission is awaiting results of an independent investigation by Witt & Associates before making further comment.
